RF Circuit Test Probes (Pigtail Assemblies)

A good method for test probing an RF circuit is to use small diameter semi-rigid cables, commonly referred to as Pigtails, to inject an input signal or sample an output signal. Typical configuration is with an SMA female connector on one end and a straight cut semi-rigid cable on the opposite end. P1dB also offers trimmed semi rigid to expose a specific length of dielectric and center conductor. Standard SMA Pigtails are RF tested DC to 6 GHz. P1dB also has an extended frequency option for SMA Pigtails, RF tested DC to 12 GHz. If 40 GHz testing is required, check out P1dB's Pigtail assemblies with 2.92mm connectors, RF tested DC to 40 GHz.
